All pages of this Certificate Authority Review Checklist Web site collectively constitute a single document. Thus, the version number under the title and copyright notice should be the same on all pages. The version number includes the date the document was last updated. That date also appears at the bottom of each page. If the update date and version date do not agree for any page or if two pages have different version numbers, please notify me at once.

Aside from the date, the version number is in three parts: i.j.k

The first part (i) will change if there is a major rewrite to any page in the document, if a requirement is added or deleted, or if the sense of a requirement is changed.
The second part (j) will change if the statement of a requirement changes to clarify it or to correct a typographical error. It will also change if the trace between a requirement and a WebTrust criterion changes.
The third part (k) will change if text outside of the tables of requirements and outside of the actual trace between requirements and WebTrust criteria changes.

For changes in the first and second parts of the version number, the old (unchanged) version is removed from the Web but archived indefinitely. Contact me if an archived version is needed. Since the requirements are not affected by changes in the third part of the version number, the old version is not archived.
