This index results from an experiment in creating an HTML page "on the fly". Three files are combined:

• a fixed header containing everything prior to the index of files;
• a dynamic file containing an index of the files on my Web site, with file-name, size, and date;

  and

• a fixed trailer containing everything after the index.

The dynamic file is generated by a server-side include (SSI) script while this page loads for your browser. This Web page itself is missing from the list below; if it were on the list, you would see the "Last Modification" date of its prior version.

Times are Pacific civil (standard or daylight) times. For files last modified more than six months ago, the times are replaced by the year.
